About the Author
Tatiana Vyborna is a specialist in the legalization of residence and work for foreigners in Poland, and an expert in administrative law, employment of foreigners, and procedures conducted before voivodeship offices.
She graduated from the Wroclaw University of Economics in International Economic Relations and later obtained a master's degree in Legal and Economic Consulting, a program jointly conducted by the University of Wroclaw and the Wroclaw University of Economics.
She also expanded her professional qualifications by completing postgraduate studies in “Employment of Foreigners” at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw, gaining specialized preparation in the legalization of residence and employment of foreigners in Poland.
For more than 10 years, Tatiana has actively supported foreigners, employers, and entrepreneurs in matters related to residence legalization, work permits, residence cards, employment of foreigners, and procedures conducted before public administration authorities.
In her professional practice, she has represented clients and entrepreneurs during inspections carried out by the Border Guard, the National Labour Inspectorate, the Social Insurance Institution, and tax offices. She has participated in more than 20 inspection proceedings concerning the legality of employment of foreigners and compliance of HR documentation with applicable regulations.
On a daily basis, she cooperates with voivodeship offices throughout Poland, helping clients with matters concerning residence cards, temporary residence, permanent residence, Blue Card, work permits, declarations on entrusting work, and legalization of employment for citizens of countries outside the European Union.
She also specializes in employment legality audits, preparation of documentation for employers, and implementation of procedures that reduce risk during inspections by the Border Guard and the National Labour Inspectorate.
Her experience includes cooperation with both small businesses and international organizations employing hundreds of foreigners in Poland. Thanks to her practical knowledge of administrative procedures, she effectively identifies risks and selects solutions tailored to each client's individual situation.
As an author of expert publications on the ONE PLUS blog, Tatiana writes about residence legalization, employment of foreigners, administrative procedures, employment legality inspections, and the practical application of migration law in Poland.
