ONE PLUS accelerates office processes in Poland when your application is already filed but no decision has arrived for months. We handle residence cards, permanent stay, voivodeship permits, EU long-term residence, citizenship, and appeals against refusals. We work with materials already in the file and choose the next lawful step.
The scope depends on your case: replying to an office request, supplementing the file, filing an inactivity complaint against the inspector, appealing a refusal, or bringing a court complaint for delay. We do not promise to “fix it with the office”. We use only procedural tools provided by Polish law for foreign nationals.
You get a clear plan: what has been done, what is missing, the next step, and which documents will be needed. ONE PLUS specialists have worked with foreign nationals for more than 12 years. Based in Wrocław, we support clients across Poland, including remotely.
Case acceleration
Which case do you need to accelerate
Pick the application type. Each page covers what we do, documents and what we do not promise.
- Residence card Accelerate a residence card Status, replies to wezwania and lawful next steps.
- Permanent stay Accelerate permanent residence Work on a delayed permanent residence application.
- Voivode Accelerate voivodeship permits Monitoring and letters without empty office deadlines.
- EU resident Accelerate EU long-term residence Support for an EU long-term resident card case.
- Citizenship Accelerate citizenship Status review and realistic next steps.
- Refusal Appeal a refusal Deadlines and whether to appeal or file again.
- Court Court complaints A delay complaint: when it helps and how to file.
What acceleration means and when it is needed
Accelerating office processes is not filing a new application from scratch. It is work on a case already in progress, when review has stalled, the inspector does not respond, deadlines are missed, or a refusal arrived and you must react within the appeal window. For most clients this means a residence card, but the same approach applies to permanent stay, voivodeship permits, EU residence, and citizenship.
It makes sense to contact us when:
- the application sits with no clear status or response;
- the office requested documents and the reply is unclear;
- the inspector asks again for papers already in the file;
- a refusal arrived and an appeal must be filed on time;
- earlier letters to the authority produced no result.
When a standard application path is better than acceleration
If you have not filed yet or the file has obvious gaps, we close the documents first. A complaint without materials rarely helps and can complicate dialogue with the inspector. At the first consultation we say plainly what fits now: standard filing, a supplement, or already a complaint.
How ONE PLUS handles case acceleration
Work follows fixed steps. We explain each stage in plain language:
- Review file materials, case number, history of office requests, and current status.
- Check deadlines, gaps in evidence, and the legal basis of stay.
- Build a plan: supplement, monitoring, inactivity complaint, appeal, or court.
- Prepare letters and document sets for the specific authority.
- Track responses, new requests, and support through decision or next stage.
When several tools are needed in sequence, we arrange them logically. We do not create noise for its own sake: every letter must rest on facts and a legal basis.
Documents needed to start
To assess the case, we usually ask for:
- a copy of the application and proof of filing (UPO, stamp, receipt);
- all office requests and your replies, if any;
- decisions, refusals, or interim letters from the authority;
- passport, previous residence cards, documents supporting the basis of stay;
- lease contract, employer documents, income certificates if the case is work-based;
- correspondence with the inspector: email, scanned letters, system status screenshots.
If some documents are missing, we explain how to recover copies from the office. Without a basic set it is hard to choose the right tool, so at the start we ask for everything you have.
Common mistakes that block the case
Over 12 years of work we see the same problems repeatedly:
- a missed or formal reply to an office request;
- an incomplete file: weak proof of work, income, or housing;
- errors in employer data, address, or family status;
- no monitoring: appeal or reply deadlines pass unnoticed;
- trying to “accelerate” with a complaint when documents must be closed first;
- expecting the authority to reach the case without your response to requests.
Often one careful supplement or a well-written reply to a request achieves more than a series of letters without legal basis. We review materials first, then propose a concrete step.
On timeframes: what to expect from the office
We do not promise an exact decision date. Timing depends on file condition, basis of stay, workload of the voivodeship office, and the practice of the specific inspector. Lawful tools can move the process, but the authority always issues the final decision.
In practice, after an inactivity complaint or court application the office sometimes reacts faster: it requests documents, sets a date, or issues a decision. Sometimes the case proceeds at its own pace regardless. We therefore say early what you can realistically expect, without promises of “card in N days”.
Case types we handle most often
- accelerating review of a temporary residence card;
- permanent stay and EU long-term resident status;
- voivodeship permits and related procedures;
- citizenship cases;
- appeals against office refusals;
- court complaints for inactivity or delay.
Nationwide service from Wrocław
ONE PLUS is based in Wrocław but handles foreign nationals’ cases across Poland. Most work is done remotely: file review, letter drafting, deadline control, client communication. If a visit to the office or submission of originals is needed, we explain that upfront.
It does not matter in which voivodeship the application was filed: what matters is file condition, compliance with procedure, and the chosen route. We know practice across different offices and do not apply one template to every client.
How to start when the case is stuck
Choose the case type in the cards above: separate pages for residence card acceleration, permanent stay, voivodeship permits, EU residence, citizenship, appeals, and court complaints. If you are unsure where to begin, write to ONE PLUS contacts in Wrocław: we will briefly review your situation and say whether you need a supplement, an inactivity complaint, or a court application.
