Legalizing your stay in Poland does not start with filling in MOS 2.0 — it starts with choosing the right basis and filing city. Work, business, studies, family, Blue Card, CUKR, permanent stay, EU long-term resident or citizenship all require different logic and documents, and your application is reviewed by the voivodeship office in the region where you file.

How to choose the city: Wrocław, Warsaw, Poznań or Katowice
The city where you file your case is determined primarily by your actual place of residence, not by your place of work. The key rule is simple: documents should be submitted to the Voivodeship Office responsible for the address where you genuinely live — whether you rent a flat, have address registration or own your home. At the same time, you may work in another city or even another region, for example if you are a driver, a mobile worker or work across several areas. Warsaw is the right option for people who actually live in the Mazowieckie region, Wrocław for Dolnośląskie, Poznań for Wielkopolskie and Katowice for Śląskie. During the consultation, we review your address, tenancy documents, address registration and real living situation to make sure the case is filed with the correct office.

Why should I choose ONE PLUS?

How much do your services cost?
You can find the current prices in our Price List section. In general, partial support starts from 700 PLN and full support starts from 1700 PLN. For PESEL UKR holders, the CUKR card service costs 500 PLN. The final cost depends on the type of case, the number of documents, the complexity of the situation and the level of legal support required.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located in central Wrocław at Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 43. On Google Maps we have more than 370 reviews and a 4.7 rating. This gives clients extra confidence that they are working with a real company that officially handles immigration matters in Poland and supports clients through the full process.
What if you do not have an office in my city?
That is not a problem. Most of the process is now handled remotely through MOS 2.0, Poczta Polska, ePUAP, eDoręczenia and online document exchange. We send our cooperation agreement online, sign it through Profil Zaufany or, if needed, send it by courier to your address in Poland. After that, the case can be handled remotely, which many foreigners find more convenient.
Can I start the process if I do not yet have all the documents?
Yes. In many cases, it is smarter to begin with a legal review of your situation than to try to collect everything on your own using random checklists from the internet. We will identify what is missing, what can be prepared immediately and what should be updated before filing.
Do you handle difficult cases?
Yes. We work not only with straightforward applications, but also with refusals, employer changes, long delays, document problems, deportation-related matters and cases where the legal basis of stay needs to be changed. These situations require an individual strategy and practical experience with Polish offices.
Do I need to come to your office in person?
Not necessarily. If you prefer, the consultation and the start of cooperation can be handled fully online. A personal visit is useful if you are already in Wrocław or want to discuss the case in the office, but for most clients it is not required. We work with foreigners throughout Poland.
What do you do after the documents are filed?
We do not leave the client alone after the filing. We monitor the progress of the case, respond to requests from the inspector, advise which documents need to be updated and, when necessary, prepare additional letters, complaints or further legal steps. Our goal is not only to file the application, but to guide the case to a final decision.
