ONE PLUS helps prepare documents for a Polish national work visa and organise submission through a visa application centre, if in a particular situation sending documents by mail is allowed. Before payment, we check citizenship, place of permanent residence, basis for work and the requirements of the competent consular district.
The client does not receive a short application template, but a clear plan: what documents to provide, what the Polish employer must issue, how to prepare insurance and a photograph, where to transfer the passport and how to control its return. For drivers of international transport, we separately check work documents and consistency of dates.
Postal submission is not an absolute right for every applicant. The consulate may request additional documents, summon the applicant in person, or refuse to issue a visa. Therefore, we first confirm the available submission route, and only then arrange the filing.
We start by checking the situation, not by promising a “visa without attendance.” The specialist compares passport data, stay history, place of residence, employer documents and current rules of the visa application centre. If postal submission is possible, the client receives a individual list of documents and logistics instructions.
The final decision on accepting the application and issuing a visa is made by the consul. ONE PLUS is responsible for the agreed scope of preparation and support, but cannot guarantee a positive decision from the public authority.
According to current information from Polish consular services, the application must be submitted directly to the consulate in person. At the visa application centre, including in Lviv, documents, in appropriate cases, can be accepted in person or by post. Eligibility depends on the category of the applicant, place of permanent residence and current organizational rules.
Even when sent by mail, the consul has the right to invite the applicant for an interview, request originals or additional evidence. We check terms and conditions with official sources before shipping because operator practices and rates may vary.
The official requirements for the national D visa are published on the website of the Polish consular services in Ukraine. This page is the main source for the submission method and required documents.
For a fully prepared case, the estimated organizational period is usually 14–21 working days: verification, completing the application, assembling the package, sending and returning documents. This is a ONE PLUS estimate and not a guaranteed time frame for a consular decision.
The process may take longer if the employer’s document is missing, you need to correct the application form, confirm legal stay, provide insurance, or attend an interview. Before we begin, we name the realistic range for a particular document package.
National visa D is often needed by drivers hired by a Polish transport company. The basis is a document permitting work: an employer declaration, work permit or another document corresponding to citizenship and position.
Driving category C or CE, code 95 and tachograph card are important for admission to work, but do not replace a visa basis. We separate these procedures and check that the application, contract and permit match the employer, position and expected dates.
Visa D allows you to enter and stay in Poland for the period and number of days indicated on the visa sticker. It can be issued for a maximum of one year. Travel to other Schengen countries is generally possible for up to 90 days in each 180-day period, provided entry conditions are met.
A visa does not guarantee crossing the border and does not replace the documents necessary to perform the work of a driver. After arrival, with long-term plans, you can separately evaluate the grounds for residence permit based on work.
This possibility cannot be confirmed only by the fact that a person is in Poland. The first step is to check the applicant’s permanent place of residence, the legality of his current stay, the competent consular district and the rules applicable to the applicant’s nationality. For some applicants, logistics are available through the Ukrainian Visa Application Center, while others require personal application or another route.
Sending your passport abroad does not retroactively legalise your stay in Poland and does not replace an application for temporary residence. Before handing over the original, we check on what basis the person is in the country and whether he can fulfil the requirements of the procedure.
The absence of a separate stamp does not in itself mean automatic refusal. It is important to provide truthful travel history and, if necessary, provide other evidence of entry and legal stay. The consul evaluates the entire set, not just one stamp.
The validity period of the new visa is determined by the dates on the visa sticker. It does not confirm the legality of the period before its start date and does not eliminate the possible overstay of the permitted period of stay.
The cost of the ONE PLUS service for preparation and support of postal submission is 650 PLN. Before concluding the contract, we confirm the current price and list of included actions for a specific applicant.

For citizens of Ukraine, the consular fee for processing an application for a national visa is currently not charged, however, service and courier costs of the visa centre remain separate. They should not be confused with payment for ONE PLUS services.
The exact list depends on the legal basis and consular district. We usually ask:
Passport data must be identical in all documents. A single letter error, incorrect passport number or inconsistent dates often lead to delays and the need to prepare the package again.
Copies for initial verification can be sent remotely. The originals are delivered to the ONE PLUS office in Wroclaw at Piłsudskiego 43 or sent by tracked courier service after the route has been agreed upon. We record the contents of the received package and inform the client of the shipment number.
Do not submit your original passport until you confirm that the selected submission method is suitable for you. If the consul requires a personal appearance, we will explain the next step and update the plan in advance.
If the remote procedure is not suitable, we will directly inform you about this and offer a legal option: an in-person visa application or analysis of the grounds for legalizing your stay in Poland.
Check eligibility for postal submissionPostal submission through a visa application centre may be available in some cases, but nationality, permanent residence, lawful stay and the competent consular district must be checked first. Being in Poland does not automatically make a person eligible.
If the visa centre permits postal submission for your category, the documents may be sent without a trip. The consul may still summon the applicant in person or request additional evidence.
A national visa D may be issued for no more than one year. The consul determines the actual validity, number of days and entries based on the employer document, insurance and circumstances of the case.
Preparation and support for a postal submission cost 650 PLN. Insurance, photographs, the visa centre service fee, courier delivery and separately ordered work are charged in addition at current rates.
