About the Author

Tatiana Vyborna specialises in immigration and employment matters involving foreign nationals in Poland, with a particular focus on administrative procedures handled by Voivodeship Offices and other Polish authorities.

A key area of her practice is supporting foreign nationals with temporary and permanent residence, residence cards, the EU Blue Card and other routes to legal residence in Poland. Tatiana reviews each client’s circumstances, helps identify the appropriate procedure and considers both the formal requirements and how individual cases are handled in practice.

Another important area of her work is the legal employment of foreign nationals and support for employers in Poland. She advises on work permits, the legal basis for employment, employer documentation and compliance requirements when hiring foreign employees.

Tatiana also conducts Employment Legality Audits for companies employing foreign nationals. She reviews employee and employer documentation, identifies potential compliance issues and helps businesses prepare for inspections by the Polish Border Guard (Straż Graniczna) and the National Labour Inspectorate (Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy).

When advising businesses, she considers the relationship between a foreign national’s residence status, right to work, employment conditions and the employer’s legal obligations. This is particularly important for companies with larger international workforces, where an issue with documentation or internal procedures may affect several employees.

Her practical work with Voivodeship Offices across Poland also gives her insight into how administrative procedures and document requirements are handled in individual cases. She supports clients with ongoing proceedings as well, reviewing existing documentation and official correspondence and helping determine the appropriate next steps.

As an author of expert content for ONE PLUS, Tatiana writes about immigration and residence matters in Poland, residence cards, work permits, the legal employment of foreign nationals, employer compliance and administrative procedures. Her articles focus on practical issues and explain how Polish immigration and employment requirements apply in real-life situations.

Because of the delay in receiving the residence card, we didn't know what to do next. Friends advised us to contact them. They explained everything to us in plain language and suggested options for speeding up the process. Thank you for the help!

After a long wait for the residence card we started to worry, because we had to plan our next steps. We went for a consultation, where everything was explained and they suggested what to do in that situation. It's good that we managed to solve the problem.

We asked for advice about the residence card because we had questions about how long the documents take to be processed. They helped us understand the situation, explained what the options are for speeding up the process and what we can do next. I liked that they explained everything specifically and clearly, without unnecessary promises and complicated wording.

I contacted ONE PLUS about a Polish residence permit. I needed to sort out my documents and understand how to go through all the stages of the application correctly. I received legal advice, help with preparing the necessary documents and explanations about the next steps. Everything became much clearer; I didn't have to search through various sources myself. Thank you for the help and support.

This was my first application for permanent residence, so I had a lot of questions. The staff member calmly explained everything to me and helped me go through the whole process.

I moved to Poland and eventually decided to start preparing documents to obtain Polish citizenship. I contacted ONE PLUS and I was happy with the cooperation. They helped me choose the necessary documents, gave legal consultations and contacted the offices. I also received advice on legalization and help with sorting out documents in Poland. Everything went smoothly, problems were solved step by step, and I understood what to do at each stage. Thank you to the ONE PLUS team for the help and support!

If your residence permit application is stuck in limbo, I highly recommend this consultation. The session was direct, practical, and thorough. I left with a clear action plan and answers to all my questions. 10/10!

They helped me a lot with the documents. What I especially liked was that I could ask normal questions, even about small things, and get an answer.

Thank you very much for the help in obtaining a criminal record certificate with an apostille. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I submitted the application on 6 September and received it on 6 October, already in Belarus.

Good service, response on time

They helped me with a notarial power of attorney in Wroclaw. All the necessary formalities were explained to me beforehand.

Hello! I am delighted with working with you. ONEPLUS is a great organisation for ordering duplicates of civil registry documents from Ukraine. They inform you about the stages of the order and complete the order quite quickly. Best regards!

I needed help with legalization and processing documents in Poland. I liked that they not only gave me a list of documents but explained the whole process in detail. After contacting them I felt much calmer because I understood the next steps.

I needed advice specifically about legalization in Poland. I received clear answers without complicated legal terms. They analysed my situation and explained the next steps.

I asked about documents that entitle me to stay in Poland. Everything was laid out clearly and explained in accessible language. I was happy with the consultation because I finally understood how to go through the procedure correctly.

Help was needed with speeding up a case concerning a residence card. Specific information and guidance on the next steps were provided.

A well-coordinated team, professional work and normal communication. For me that is the most important thing when it comes to documents and legalization.

Thank you ONE PLUS for your help. Polish bureaucracy seems very complicated at first glance, but with good specialists everything becomes much simpler.
