ONE PLUS handles cases for clients from Wrocław and the region: we check your legal basis of stay, prepare the documents, file the application in MOS 2.0, answer the office’s requests and keep you informed about every letter. ONE PLUS has an office in Wrocław, so you can come in person. We also handle cases remotely for clients from all over Lower Silesia.
Come to our Wrocław office or talk to us online: we determine your basis of stay and the end date of your current status.
We prepare a checklist for DUW’s requirements and find gaps in the contract, certificates and translations.
We complete and send the application through MOS 2.0 and hand you the confirmation straight away.
We monitor the status, answer DUW’s requests and tell you about every letter.
We explain how to book a visit on wizyta.duw.pl for card collection and which documents to bring.
The processing time at DUW depends on the basis, the completeness of the file and the department’s workload. The status is visible in MOS 2.0; if the statutory deadline has passed, we prepare a reminder about the deadline (ponaglenie) and then a complaint to the administrative court.
Official fees are the same across Poland; figures follow the official voivodeship-office websites as of 15 October 2026. The residence card is paid separately.
ONE PLUS services: from PLN 700 to 2,700 depending on the package (ONE, PLUS, PRO) and the basis of stay (full price list on the Pricing page). Prices are the same across Poland.
The price depends on your basis of stay. Below is the range for each package; you will see the exact amount for your situation in the calculator below or after a free consultation.
Prices are the same across Poland and do not include official fees.
See the exact price for your basis of stayAn employer from Wrocław or the region hires you under a contract. We check the contract, KRS and tax data of the company, then file in DUW through MOS 2.0.
The university certificate, proof of funds and insurance are checked before filing. We align them with the end date of your current stay.
A developer or engineer in an IT company: we compare the EU Blue Card and a regular card by salary, position and contract type.
A spouse or parent lives in the region. We collect certificates, sworn translations and proof of cohabitation for DUW.
UKR status and life in Wrocław: we compare the CUKR card with a regular card, taking work, family and plans into account.
Your own company in Wrocław: we prepare lease agreements, turnover and tax documents that DUW uses to assess genuine activity.
Foreigners’ cases are handled by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office (DUW) at pl. Powstańców Warszawy 1. You send the application online, and you can book a visit to the office (filing documents, collecting the card) on wizyta.duw.pl. In its notice the office mentions handling residence cards both with and without a booking, but a booking helps you plan the visit.
The infoline for third-country nationals is 71 701 11 00, Monday to Friday 8:00–16:00, on Wednesdays until 18:00. Advisers do not disclose the type of decision, and one call covers one case. The office receives visitors on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00–16:00 and on Wednesday 8:00–18:00.
From 12 October 2026 until further notice residence cards are handled in hall A, because hall B is being renovated. Opening hours have not changed. Check this before your visit so you do not go to the wrong hall.
The official fees are the same across Poland, so in Wrocław you pay what you would pay anywhere else. The stamp duty (opłata skarbowa) for a temporary-residence application is usually PLN 340, or PLN 440 for a permit for residence and work or an EU Blue Card. For permanent residence and EU long-term residence it is PLN 640 (holders of the Pole’s Card are exempt). The card itself costs PLN 100, or PLN 50 with a statutory reduction, for example for children under 16 or full-time students. ONE PLUS fees come on top: from PLN 700 to 2,700. The amount depends on your basis of stay and on whether we only check and file or handle the whole case. You get the exact figure after a short chat about your situation.
Usually a passport, documents that prove your basis of stay (an employment contract, a university certificate, family or company documents), proof of where you live and insurance. This is a rough list, because the exact set depends on your situation. After the consultation you get a specific checklist, so you do not have to guess.
We do not promise exact dates, because the time depends on the basis of stay, how complete your documents are and the office’s workload. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, since missing documents are the most common cause of delays. You can always check the status in MOS 2.0, and we tell you about every letter from the office.
In most cases, no. The application is filed online, and you usually only visit the office to collect the card and give fingerprints. We handle the rest remotely, and if you prefer to talk face to face, you can visit our office in Wrocław.
First we check whether the statutory deadline has passed and whether there is an unread letter waiting for you. If the deadline has passed, we prepare a reminder about the deadline (ponaglenie), which is a formal request to the office. If the office stays silent, you can file a complaint about its inaction with the administrative court.
Yes, we handle cases from all over Lower Silesia. We work remotely from our Wrocław office, so where you live does not matter: a phone and an internet connection are enough.
It shows the case status, your documents and messages from your specialist in one place. We also notify you of changes by SMS or Telegram, so you do not have to keep calling or checking your email.
Leave a request on the website or call us. During the conversation we check your basis of stay, your documents and realistic timelines, and then tell you what we can do and how much it will cost. The consultation does not oblige you to anything.

Important: due to the current special rules extended until 4 March 2027, some procedural remedies remain temporarily limited. In practice, this may reduce the ability to react quickly to administrative inaction or pursue compensation through the standard route.
At the same time, clients who entrust their Karta Pobytu case to ONE PLUS receive far more than document filing. We provide ongoing procedural support, prepare the necessary legal submissions, monitor the case closely and use the available legal tools to influence its progress wherever possible.
