Traditional paper applications are no longer accepted. This marks one of the biggest changes to Poland’s immigration system in recent years.
Many foreigners assume that once their application has been submitted through MOS 2.0, all further communication with the Voivodeship Office will take place within the same platform. In reality, this is not how the system works.
MOS 2.0 is primarily used to submit the initial residence permit application. After that, most official correspondence with the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office (Dolnośląski Urząd Wojewódzki) in Wrocław is handled through Poland’s electronic delivery system known as e-Doręczenia.
