This Privacy Policy applies to the online platform available at https://www.one-plus.pl/ (the “Website”), operated by ONE PLUS Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 43/7, 50-032 Wrocław, Poland. At ONE PLUS, we place a high priority on protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. Under no circumstances do we sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, unless otherwise required by applicable EU data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, transmission, and processing of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Processing”).
“Personal Data” refers to any information that identifies, or can be used to identify, an individual, such as: full name, date of birth, residential address, or email address.
Some services may be provided by third-party entities. In such cases, by using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the privacy policies of those third parties. These providers may request your separate consent before delivering their services, in line with EU law.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of and supplements the general Terms of Use of the ONE PLUS platform.
2. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
2.1 Website Access
When visiting the website, even without registration, the following data is automatically processed:
IP address;
Browser data;
Visited URLs;
Date and time of access.
When accessing the website from mobile devices, the following data may also be processed:
Device model and manufacturer;
Operating system (“iOS”, “Android”).
The above data may also be processed using third-party services, in particular Cloudflare, Inc., which provide protection of the website, contact forms, and user interactions against spam, automated requests, and other abuse (including the use of Cloudflare Turnstile).
Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation and security of the website, preventing cyberattacks, fraud, and unauthorized access. Cloudflare processes data as a data processor in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
2.2 User Registration
To use the extended features of the platform, user registration is required. Registration may be completed using Facebook or Google accounts.
(a) Registration via Facebook or Google
When choosing to register through social networks, you will be redirected to the relevant third-party websites to enter your login credentials. The platform may receive the following data:
First and last name;
Profile picture;
Email address.
Any additional data is imported only with your explicit consent. You may disconnect your social media account from the platform at any time in the “My Settings” section.
(b) Registration without social networks
If registration is completed without using social networks, the following data must be provided:
Username (nickname);
Email address;
Password;
Confirmation of legal age.
Your username (nickname) will be visible to other users of the platform. All other personal data remains hidden and is not publicly accessible.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
Providing platform services;
Identification and security;
Offering vacancies and services that may be of interest to you;
Improving the platform and its functionality;
Compliance with EU and Polish law;
Prevention of cyber threats, spam, and fraud, including through the use of Cloudflare services.
4. INTERNET SECURITY
Your account is protected by a password. Never share it with third parties and always log out when using public devices.
We implement technical and organizational security measures, including the use of modern web infrastructure and traffic protection solutions (including Cloudflare). However, 100% security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
5. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
ONE PLUS collaborates exclusively with trusted service providers who meet high standards of data protection. These include IT maintenance, data analytics, payment processors, and customer support.

6. DISCLOSURE TO PUBLIC AUTHORITIES
We are legally obliged to disclose personal data to public authorities, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies in cases where it is required by law to prevent or investigate criminal activity.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ON WEBSITE CONTENT
11.1 Images obtained from free Canva stock sources
Images on the Website obtained from free stock sources via the Canva application are used in accordance with the Canva license. These images are protected by watermarks of ONE PLUS Sp. z o.o. and may not be used, copied, distributed, modified, or applied for commercial or non-commercial purposes by other organizations, individuals, or third parties without written permission from ONE PLUS. Any violation is prohibited under Polish copyright law, including the prohibition of removing watermarks (Article 17 of the Act), and may result in legal action for infringement of economic and moral rights.
11.2 Images created by ONE PLUS
Images created or modified by ONE PLUS Sp. z o.o., including those with watermarks in the form of a logo, as well as those without watermarks but possessing characteristics of intellectual property (e.g., original designs, graphics, or photos), are the exclusive property of ONE PLUS. Their use, copying, distribution, or modification without explicit written permission is prohibited. According to Article 16 of the Copyright Act, ONE PLUS holds full economic rights, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display. Violations are subject to enforcement, including removal of illegal copies and compensation for moral damages.
11.3 Copying text from the Website
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using texts from the Website, including articles, blog posts, service pages, descriptions, and any other textual content, is prohibited without prior written permission from ONE PLUS Sp. z o.o. This includes both complete and partial copying. Under Article 23 of the Copyright Act, personal use without distribution is allowed, but any commercial or public use is subject to liability. Violations may result in website access being blocked and legal claims for copyright infringement.
11.4 Prohibition on using trademarks and logos
Trademarks, logos, and trade names of ONE PLUS Sp. z o.o., registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (Urząd Patentowy RP) under the Industrial Property Law of June 30, 2000 (Ustawa Prawo własności przemysłowej), may not be used without written permission. This includes their placement on other websites, in advertising, or on products. Violations may result in fines up to PLN 1,000,000 and a prohibition on use (Articles 296–308 of the Industrial Property Law).
11.5 Protection of website design and structure
The design, layout, graphical elements, and structure of the Website are protected as industrial designs and copyrighted works under the Copyright Act and Industrial Property Law. Copying or imitating the design is prohibited. The protection period for industrial designs lasts up to 25 years from the date of registration (Article 102 of the Industrial Property Law). Violations are subject to legal enforcement, including cessation of use and compensation for damages.
11.6 Prohibition of automated data extraction (scraping)
Automated extraction, scanning, or collection of data from the Website (web scraping, crawling) without written permission from ONE PLUS is prohibited. This infringes database rights under Article 7 of the Copyright Act and EU Directive 96/9/EC on the legal protection of databases. Such actions may result in technical blocking of IP addresses, as well as claims for unauthorized access and damages.
11.7 Creation of derivative works
The creation of derivative works based on Website content (e.g., modification of images, adaptation of texts, or redesign) is prohibited without permission. According to Article 2 of the Copyright Act, derivative works require the consent of the original rights holder. Violations result in liability for infringement of moral rights (attribution and integrity) and economic rights.
11.8 Liability for violations
In the event of infringement of ONE PLUS intellectual property rights, ONE PLUS reserves the right to:
(a) demand immediate cessation of the violation;
(b) claim compensation for damages, including lost profits;
(c) require publication of apologies;
(d) take legal action to protect its rights.
All disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Poland at the company’s registered office (Wrocław). Applicable law — Polish and EU law. ONE PLUS may also report violations to competent authorities, including the police and prosecution, for criminal prosecution.
11.9 Additional protective measures
ONE PLUS employs technical measures, such as watermarks, meta tags, and monitoring, to protect content. Users agree not to circumvent these measures. The policy may be updated to strengthen protection in accordance with changes in Polish law, including recent amendments to the Copyright Act of 2025, facilitating digital contract enforcement.
