A lost Ukrainian birth certificate, diploma or official statement can block a residence case, studies, employment or a bank process. ONE PLUS helps restore documents and prepare them for Polish offices, universities and employers.
We work in Wrocław and remotely. First we confirm which document you need, in what form (original, duplicate, apostille, sworn translation) and the fastest lawful route to obtain it.
Documents we most often restore
- Civil status records (birth, marriage, death)
- Diplomas, school certificates and supplements
- Academic and school confirmations
- Other official papers required for residence, visas, work or studies
How the process works
- Define the document type and destination (office, university, employer)
- Check whether you need a duplicate, apostille and sworn translation
- File applications and monitor status
- Collection / delivery of the document
- Sworn translation and a pack ready for the Polish institution
What we need from you
Usually personal details, scans of whatever remains, and information about the institution that will accept the document. Even if the original is fully lost, restoration is often still possible — the key is not filing blindly.
Why work with ONE PLUS
We know typical requirements of voivodeship offices, universities and employers. We build the pack for the Polish goal, not only “get a paper”. That reduces follow-up requests for missing pieces.
FAQ
Can restoration be fully remote?
In many cases yes: power of attorney, scans and correspondence. Some steps need originals or pickup — we say that upfront.
Is a sworn translation always required?
For Polish offices and most formal procedures, usually yes. Some employer-internal cases differ — we check your destination.
How long does it take?
It depends on the document type, Ukrainian office load, apostille and translation. We give a realistic range in the consultation.
