As of 2026, the cost of signature certification by a Polish notary is 100 PLN per signature. The number of pages in the document usually does not matter. However, if the signature must appear and be certified on each page separately, the notary treats each signature as a separate notarial act.
This option is often used by clients who already have a prepared power of attorney or statement and only need the signature to be notarized.
