Online health insurance for foreigners in Poland
With the ONE PLUS website and our online calculator you can arrange medical insurance for living and working in Poland, including a policy that suits a residence card (TRC) or a Polish visa application. Why buying online pays off
Buying online saves time: no waiting for an appointment and no trip to the office. On top of that, every paid online policy returns a bonus of at least 5% of its price to the balance in your account. The more policies you and the friends you invite buy in a calendar year, the higher your programme level (Silver, Bronze, Gold, Black) and the higher the bonus rate, up to 13%. The bonus is credited once the agent confirms the payment.
Invite friends and collect bonuses
In your account you can join the ONE PLUS referral programme: accept the rules and get a personal code and invitation link. When someone you know buys and pays for a policy through your link, you get a bonus for their insurance and they get a bonus for their own policy. There is no limit on how many people you invite, and every credit is shown in your transaction history.
How to use what you have collected
You can spend bonuses on ONE PLUS services, for example a residence card consultation, or request a payout from 100 zł: online or at our Wrocław office, with no ONE PLUS fee. You confirm the request with a code from your e-mail, and the amount is reserved while the agent processes the payout.

Tell us why you need the document. Insurance for a residence permit is selected with your basis of stay and medical cover requirements in mind. A Polish visa or university may have different requirements. Your agent will check the option before arranging it; the cover amount alone does not guarantee acceptance. Confirm the details and agree the terms and payment with your agent. You will receive the finished policy as a PDF.
For available combinations of dates and cover, the calculator uses the available tariffs. If it shows an estimate or says an agent’s quote is needed, agree the final amount in the chat. Sending an application does not mean the policy has been paid for or that cover has started.
Yes. Tell us what you need the policy for when choosing your cover. Requirements for a Polish residence permit and a visa may differ. Your agent will check the dates, cover and terms of the selected option. The relevant immigration office or consulate makes the final assessment of your documents.
Have the first and last name as shown in the identity document, date of birth, nationality, passport number, residential address, phone number and email ready. Specify the dates and type of work. Share any university requirements or letter from the immigration office with your agent before payment.
Yes. Select who you are insuring at the start of the form and enter that person’s details. Confirm that you are authorised to provide them. The application stays in the account linked to your email, and you can create a separate application for another person.
After you confirm the application, your agent will agree the final price and payment arrangements with you. BLIK payment is available. Once the formalities and payment are complete, your agent will provide the PDF policy through your account and by email.
Choose “Change” under the summary and describe the correction in the chat. Your agent will update the details and ask you to confirm them again. If the policy has already been issued, contact your agent first: the correction process depends on the insurer.
The issued policy specifies the period of cover, subject to its terms. Sending the form, confirming your details or receiving an estimate does not activate cover. Before paying, check the start date and any restrictions with your agent.
