Foreigners residing in the Greater Poland Voivodeship (Wielkopolska) handle the legalization of their stay — including applications for temporary or permanent residence permits and the Pole’s Card (Karta Polaka) — through the Voivodeship Office in Poznań (Wielkopolski Urząd Wojewódzki w Poznaniu).
The main office is located in Poznań, the capital of the region, while branch offices (delegations) also operate in Kalisz, Konin, Leszno, and Piła. In all these locations, foreigners can submit residence applications and receive assistance related to immigration procedures.
The central administration in Poznań is responsible for reviewing residence permit applications, issuing administrative decisions, and producing residence cards. Many online services — including fee payments and case status tracking — are available across all regional branches.
