As of November 27, 2023, the Voivodeship Office in Wrocław has introduced a new electronic appointment system for collecting the physical residence card. This update has made the procedure more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly. You can now schedule your visit through the official online service:
This is a dedicated digital platform designed exclusively for booking appointments to collect a residence card that is already ready for pickup. It is only available to foreigners who have received an official notification stating that their card is ready. This system is separate from those used for submitting applications or giving fingerprints.
On the homepage of the new platform, you’ll find a registration form. To book your visit correctly, you’ll need to provide the following information:
Once submitted, the system will automatically generate a request and send a confirmation to your email address.

You do not need to collect a paper ticket at the office. Your number (e.g., D123) will appear on the digital display in the waiting area, indicating when and where to go.
On the scheduled day, be sure to arrive at least 10–15 minutes early and bring the following:
Wait until your number appears on the screen, then go to the designated counter to collect your card.
Congratulations! Reaching this point means you’ve almost completed the entire legalization process in Poland. Now, with your residence card in hand, your stay is officially confirmed.
